Dr. Sivakumar Raman is a board-certified infectious disease physician and the founder of Florida Infectious Disease Care in Fort Myers, Florida. He earned his medical degree at Baroda Medical College, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Gujarat, India, and completed both his Internal Medicine residency and his Infectious Disease fellowship at Saint Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey (Seton Hall University).

Dr. Raman’s clinical focus includes HIV prevention and treatment — including PrEP, PEP, and Doxy-PEP — outpatient IV antibiotic therapy (OPAT), antibiotic stewardship, and the full range of general infectious disease care. He provides infectious disease consultation at hospitals throughout Lee County and sees patients seven days a week at the practice’s Fort Myers office and by telehealth across Florida. Outside the clinic, he enjoys golf, fishing, and traveling.
